Of course, I wanted to start the year right by doing my run. It’s basically useless to make excuses or resist the cold. It was 27F when I started my evening run but it dropped to 25F by the time I finished. I took lots of stops to take  photos of the sun setting over Lake Crabtree and ran all the way to North Cary Park. Tried to take photos of the rising full moon but my hands were too shaky from the cold.
